When I was recently reviewing a release candidate for Apache Usergrid (incubating), I noticed that when I made a change to some config file, the server would dynamically reload at application layer. This has been available in Tomcat (and other servlet containers) for a good while as well. I wonder if we can implement something like this @OODT level as oppose to digging elsewhere. Does anyone have resonable context on the XMLRPCManager for us to dynamically relaod congif as it is populated to the server? Thanks troops Lewis
