New PR on different branch to get OSGI Bundle creation from OODT packages
As discussed, Moved to a new branch so I can tinker with this over the next
few weeks to make sure the OSGI bundles work properly.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/OSBI/oodt upstream2
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/oodt/pull/26.patch
