Hi, I have seen a "use case" study under "project tools > documents & files". The document in the main directory is broken (or connected to a bin file), the interesting document is under requirements. It is dated March 04 and although I have not yet read it carefully, it could be a good basis for putting the thoughts down on "project life cycle" and roles. Having defined roles and project stages could distinguish this product from others. Of course only for the "advanced" usage. The "easy user" should not have to care about this.
