I like this idea. At work the Director whose group broke the build had to
pay $10 out of his own pocket, and was free to them shake down the Manager
and the Manager was free to shake down the Developer who actually checked in
the code. It was funny watching some Directors paying $50 per week, but I
think we need a better way.
