Next month will be a the next phase of the development of OOPM. And as I see it we need a project management tool to manage the project.

I have suggested to use a webbased tool and ask you to tell me if you know any - and even have experience with one.

On the other hand Marc O'Brien suggest to use the Java application OpenProj which he stated at the OOPM discussion list:

  "You can use OpenProj to manage it ?  OpenProj ships with StarOffice
  over in Europe and has over 1,000,000 downloads in 142 countries.  It
  is open source and a replacement of Microsoft Office."

What pro and cons do you see with using a web based tool or OpenProj?
