Hi All,
I assume that there is currently no actual development process being defined. Therefore I propose that we will use a light weight, iteration based process that will allow us to address our goals with each iteration in a single Iteration Statement along with the sub projects affected by the iteration, for example the documentation sub project, or the actual software development sub project, or the projection process sub project, aka the project process or project itself. I hope that we thus can install a more or less adaptive/agile process. I am currently involved in setting up the required templates in the OOPM wiki, so that we can easily plan our iterations using both the wiki for more general documentation tasks and the issue tracker/repository/wiki for the actual work on the individual goals set forth in the iteration statement. Please have a look at the template Templates:OOPM:Templates:Documentation:Development:ReleaseIterationStatement:1.0 and tell me what you think. An initial iteration statement for the first prototyping iteration is available under OOPM:Development:Releases:1.0.0 proto proto:Iterations:1 The actual links to both pages are http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Template:OOPM:Templates:Documentation:Development:ReleaseIterationStatement:1.0 http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/OOPM:Development:Releases:1.0.0_proto_proto:Iterations:1 Regards Carsten -- abstraXion.de.
