According to the documentation:
${coord:latest(int n)} represents the nth latest currently available instance
of a synchronous dataset.
${coord:latest(int n)} is not relative to the coordinator action creation
(materialization) time, it is the nth latest instance available when the action
is started (when the workflow job is started).
But the code picks up latest based on the action creation time and not when the
action is started.
