Description:
oozie 3.3.0 web console start to using browser cookies for timezone. extjs also
save grid state. after cookie option is turned on, extjs save it's state using
cookie.
user change grid width or height, extjs save it's state. every change make
cookie size bigger.
because web server has request cookie size limit, server sometimes returns 'Bad
request'
