Review request for oozie.
Description
-------
Changed POMs to have a HCatalog sharelib sub-module. Exclusions for
jackson-mapper-asl and jackson-core-asl are required for working with the
correct version - 1.8.8 required by the JSONParser used by HCatalog JMS code.
This addresses bug OOZIE-1158.
