Arun, as a side note, you should include in the libext the combo jar from the 
$OOZIE_HOME/hadooplibs dir, corresponding to your version - hadoop-1, hadoop-2 
etc. This is provided so that Oozie users get the requisite hadoop jars to 
start off with. Similar to hadooplibs, there is now hbaselibs and hcataloglibs
