Description:
we need filter option for sla command, like
oozie sla -filter jobid=<jobID>;appname=<application name> to get SLA events of
particular job/application
was:just like oozie job -info, we need oozie sla -info <jobID> /
<SequenceID> to get detailed information on particular SLA event.
