OOZIE-1197 adds the ability to specify multiple sharelibs for an action (e.g.
Pig action with Pig and hcat sharelibs). It could be useful for some users if
there was a way to specify a default for each action type of which sharelibs to
include. For example, if a user is doing a lot of Pig hcat stuff, they can
simply set a property in oozie-site that includes pig and hcat sharelibs with
all pig actions as the new default.
