fixed Tucu's comments.
- for derby, added new method to read row by row and replace string in
MISSING_DEPENDENCIES (since Derby doesn't support Replace function of SQL, also
"user defined function" cannot be applied to CLOB column)
- remove SQL scripts (for Oracle) from the patch
did upgrade test again over different DBs, and confirmed all worked.
