There are currently 19 JIRAs with "Patch Available" status, many of which are from January or even December.
I propose that next week we should have a "clear the patch available backlog" week. Committers: mind signing up for 3 or 4 JIRAs to review? Please add a comment to indicate that you're going to review a JIRA and follow up until its resolved, so that we don't get more than one committer on the same JIRA (a ConcurrentModificationException :) ).
