The Sqoop sharelib doesn't have the hsqldb jar in it. If the hadoop
distribution doesn't have the hsqldb jar in it, then the Sqoop action will fail
with a "java.lang.RuntimeException: Could not load db driver class:
org.hsqldb.jdbcDriver" exception.
We should include it in the Sqoop sharelib in case hadoop doesn't have it.
