Thanks! Got it. The tranitNext() takes care of job status while the
updateAction() takes care of action status.
There is one more bug.
Currently, the updateAction() in CoordSuspend always make the status of the
action as SUSPENDED which is wrong. The status of the action should be
conditional which will be similar to bundlesuspend's updateAction().
