The 6 lines longer than 132 characters are because of twiki formatting
restrictions.
The RAT warning is from docs/src/site/twiki/DG_CommandLineTool.twiki.orig which
is just because DG_CommandLineTool.twiki changed since I generated the patch,
but I double checked and it still applies cleanly (just with an offset). The
.orig file won't be included in the commit.
