Description: SLA calculator objects to have an additional field for last
modified time. This will help filtering objects in LRU fashion when bootstrap
loads records from db into calculator memory. This also involves reconciling
SLA_Calculator table into SLA_Summary table itself, using additional columns
for last modified and boolean for end-processed or not. (was: SLA calculator

future enhancement such as a priority queue for processing by filtering objects
in LRU fashion.)
