Mona Chitnis commented on OOZIE-1338:
-------------------------------------
A sub-workflow is designed to be dependent on its parent workflow for
something..maybe either data or some control info. Is there a reason you want
to rerun sub-workflow directly and not the parent?
> Rerunning the sub-workflow starts the main workflow with sub-workflow's ID

> Issue Type: Bug
> Components: workflow
> Affects Versions: 3.3.0

> Consider the case that the oozie workflow calls sub-workflow. For some reason
> sub-workflow is killed.If I rerun the sub-workflow it starts the main
> workflow from the begining in the sub-workflow's ID
> For example:
> Workflow Id 0000000-130401101507291-oozie-oozi-W calls the sub-workflow
> 0000001-130401101507291-oozie-oozi-W.Sub-workflow
> fails(0000001-130401101507291-oozie-oozi-W).If we rerun the
> sub-workflow(0000001-130401101507291-oozie-oozi-W),it starts the main
> workflow in sub-workflow's ID(i.e.0000001-130401101507291-oozie-oozi-W).
