test case failure of testWorkflowJobEvent/ testForNoDuplicates from OOZIE-1375
testConnectionDrop is not related to this patch. locally run and it passed.
BACKWARDS_COMPATIBILITY from new field added in JsonCoordinatorJob which is
required for this patch.
so ready for commit.
