Attachment: OOZIE-1400-4.patch
Attaching a new patch fixing RAT warning and line longer than 132 chars.
JPA changes are in new SLA tables in trunk and not a backward compatibility
issue.
Test failure not related to this and is transient. Need to fix the SLA tests
which are flakey due to Thread.sleep in a separate JIRA.
