The jira was result of Y! oozie team reporting that uber jobs (support added by
Robert to have launchers as uber jobs) launching new jobs not working in Hadoop
2. Ryota tested with a pre-patched hadoop version with Daryn's fix internally
and uber jobs worked. We will test once again later with a released version.
