is this really due to OOZIE-1231? OOZIE-1231 changed only map-reduce action
behavior, but not pig/hive action. besides the part in oozie-console.js this
patch changes doesn't seem to be what OOZIE-1231 changed (svn blame implies it
is part of OOZIE-1160). but anyway, as long as reported issue fixed, this
doesn't matter, just side-note.
