RAT warning is due to
core/src/main/java/org/apache/oozie/client/rest/sla/JsonSLARegistrationEvent.java,
which was a empty file and not deleted as part of OOZIE-1422. Deleted that.
No tests since this is a UI patch. Committed to trunk. Thanks Virag for the
review.
