We don't need MAPREDUCE-5417 with OOZIE-1372 done. We hit other blockers with
earlier hadoop 2 builds and haven't yet got to testing it with latest version
of Hadoop 2. We will probably do that next week and once it is done will be
more confident about making it default. I do not want to make it default unless
the latest release of hadoop totally works with uber setting.
The making default code should also have logic to ignore it for hadoop 1.x
clusters, else we will pay the cost of pattern matching done for adjusting AM
size.
