I realized that for branch-4, the patch doesn't apply because it doesn't have
{{TestShareLibService}} and the pom versions are different. I've rebased the
patch on branch-4 and am currently running the tests just to make sure. It's
similar enough to the trunk patch that I'll just commit both once its done
running.
