Currently oozie file builds hadooplibs for all three versions (hadoop-0.23,
hadoop-1, hadoop-3).
The pom file in the root does specify three different profiles for the above
versions, the pom file in hadooplibs should respect these profiles and allow
users to choose which version of hadooplibs to be built.
