Some of the tests in the login module require an external KDC to be setup and
configured. It would be good if we could use the MiniKDC (which is being used
in OOZIE-1491) instead.
At the same time, it may make sense to also refactor XTestCase to have the
ability to use MiniKDC so its available in a standard way to all of our tests.
