A couple of questions:
# I think you can just include this with OOZIE-1575; is there a reason to do
the client-side of the patch separately? Especially because there are no unit
tests
# Why is Sqoop being done as a "scriptLanguageCommand"? It doesn't take a
script so what goes in the "file" argument? I think you'll need to give Sqoop
its own method like mr has.
