Last time for db upgrade for 4.0, new table and indexes (sla tables) were
automatically added by the mapping tool during upgrade. If that is not the
case, then will take a look at it. Realized that OOZIE-1548 is not checked in
yet. Need to get that in first and mostly it should work with that itself.
