This is the last remaining "core" part of Oozie HA, so it would be great if we
could get this in.
[~rohini], would you or someone else from Y! be able to work on this? I can
certainly provide any help with the HA code.
Otherwise, I can try; though I haven't really had a chance to look at the HCat
and SLA code. What exactly is the concern? (I originally created this JIRA
based on a comment you said in OOZIE-615). I'm guessing for SLA that the issue
is that we don't want multiple Oozie servers to send out the SLA notification?
