Sorry, I was on vacation.  I've attached a newer patch.  

I checked with some of the other teams and it sounds like this shouldn't break 
anything.  I've asked someone who has a cluster setup to try it out, but he's 
been busy and hasn't had a chance to yet.

[~rohini], if you're able to try out the patch, that would be great too.
