Few minor comment
+import org.apache.oozie.service.UUIDService;
UUIDService is not used, please remove it.
-import org.apache.oozie.ForTestingActionExecutor;
-import org.apache.oozie.WorkflowActionBean;
-import org.apache.oozie.WorkflowJobBean;
+import org.apache.oozie.*;
Import only needed class.
