[~jayunit100] I think at this point Oozie has two very distinct ways of being
deployed:
# as a webapp residing on a shared app server
# packaged as part of Bigtop-derived distribution (CDH, HDP2+, PHD, etc.)
For #2 the agreed upon way of providing extensions is /var/lib/oozie. For #1 --
I think the script that manipulates the war files needs to be updated.
