In the {{docs/src/site/twiki/WorkflowFunctionalSpec.twiki}}, the section 17.1
section that talks about configuring sharelibs for an action, mentions
incorrect properties {{action.sharelib.for.*}}, as they should instead be
{{oozie.action.sharelib.for.*}}.
