No. Would not prefer that from a general pig perspective. It should not be the
default and probably a oozie-site.xml setting. HCat/Hive adds a lot of jars and
we have seen it cause API conflicts with other jobs due to different versions.
It will also increase the latency of regular pig jobs which do not need
hcatalog as localization of all hcat/hive jars will take time.
