Updated patch. It now will log an error message with an error code when
there's a problem updating the sharelib on startup. If there's a problem with
purging the sharelib on startup, that has a different error message, but I
didn't add an error code for that because OOZIE-1783 is going to refactor that
whole thing anyway.
