Only the latest release in each line that is currently being
developed/maintained should be distributed via the ASF mirror system.
In your case, it sounds as though you only have one current release - 4.0.1 -
and when you have released 4.0.2, you should remove 4.0.1
You can still include earlier releases on download pages, but the links must
point to the archive server.
