Though this is kind of already the case because we build one sharelib with
different distcp and streaming jars depending on which hadoop was selected at
build time; now we're just adding oozie-hadoop-utils too. I think the better
overall solution would have to be that we build a sharelib for Hadoop 1, Hadoop
0.23, and Hadoop 2; then the profiles are simply to choose which hadoop to run
the tests against.
