Usually during issues where one/more coordinator(s) not progressing, one thread
will be stuck with a lock on that coord and hence the other commands on the
same coord fail to get lock. But a simple thread dump is not useful as it won't
give which thread has the lock. An API which gives lock key and thread id/name
is required to debug this
