I am a little confused about pre-commit build result.
In the APPLY-PATCH.txt I can find the changed files and DISTO succeed. However,
The TEST-SUMMERY says
bq. -1 TESTS - patch does not compile, cannot run testcases
is this why the patch does not include test case changes?
