Description:
Make initial Oozie stdout printouts configurable.
At the beginning of each task, Oozie prints to stdout a verbose printout mainly
about CLASSPATH and Java System Properties.
This may not be suited for production use.
It would be nice to have an option to disable it, or evaluate the use of Java
Logging.
