The patch adds an "oozie.servers" variable to the instrumentation that shows
the other Oozie servers in this format:
{noformat}
name1=http://name1-host:port/oozie,name2=http://name2-host:port/oozie,...
{noformat}
e.g.
{noformat}
oozieA=http://blah1:11000/oozie,oozieB=http://blah2:11000/oozie,oozieC=http://blah3:11000/oozie
{noformat}
When HA is not enabled, it just shows the 1 Oozie server.
