The patch looks good to me, just one thing though:
The tests look the same as the ones I put for LAST_ONLY (the comments even
still talk about "next nominal time"). I imagine that the tests should be
similar in structure, but I'd think the numbers should at least be different.
Ideally, there should also be something that behaves differently when the
execution policy is set to LAST_ONLY vs NONE or else they appear to be the same
thing, which is not the case...
