Hi Robert,

According to your comments, I updated the patch as above comment. Now user also 
could use the new function hadoop:conf() in their coordinator job. Take a 
example, user could use hadoop:conf() in coordinator.xml:
<coordinator-app name="cron-coord" frequency="${coord:minutes(10)}" 
start="${start}" end="${end}" timezone="UTC"
                 xmlns="uri:oozie:coordinator:0.2">
    <action>
        <workflow>
            <app-path>${workflowMyApp3Uri}</app-path>
            <configuration>
                <property>
                    <name>coord_map_java_opts</name>
                    <value>${hadoop:conf('jobtracker_host:9001', 
'mapreduce.map.java.opts')} -Xss539k </value>
                </property>
            </configuration>
        </workflow>
    </action>
</coordinator-app>

And then, coordinator job could also get the hadoop option.
