I had to set umask to 022 for getting the unit tests to run.
TestCoordCommandUtils failed with the patch because I had not updated the
version of antlr-runtime in core. I've done so in the latest patch.
TestV1JobServletBundleEngine, TestRecoveryService and
TestCoordPushDependencyCheckXCommand passed with the new patch.
