I agree, fixing the headers is fine. And we can improve the test-patch scripts
to say which lines like Rohini said. Also, I think the warning checks that we
do don't quite work right anyway, so we may want to look at this one too.
[~shwethags], do you want to also improve the scripts in this JIRA? Or make
that a different one?
