We pulled OOZIE-1879 to our internal branch and it was causing some issue for 
rerun with forks. We had to rollback  OOZIE-1879.
We didn't analyze the rootcause. I will check the logs ( if they are still 
available ) and update JIRA. 

It cause be same NPE issue. Will confirm.
