It looks fine as far as I can tell except for one thing:

I think this is supposed to point to some other file that lists the PMC members
(see the bottom of https://projects.apache.org/guidelines.html and also
https://projects.apache.org/docs/pmc.html)
Also, should we list the other releases in this, or just the latest? In either
case, we should probably add updating this file with the latest release to
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OOZIE/How+To+Release so we don't
forget; can you do that?
