Looks good. But do note that shell action still has issues as adding
PATH=.:$PATH to the env makes it resolve at the job client itself for the AM.
So it only works right if PATH is same on the Oozie server and task nodes. We
have not been able to find a workaround for that. I would suggest adding a
setting that always turns it off for shell action. And whoever has the $PATH
same in Oozie and cluster nodes, can turn it on.
